Performance - This bike is a “Multi-Class” e-Bike with an easy access “Race” mode that will take you to 40MPH. Standard mode is a street legal Class 3 with a 28MPH top speed. Strong acceleration with Pedal Assist or straight throttle in either mode.

3500 watt peak power, CYC mid-mounted motor. Quality front and rear adjustable air suspension, four piston brakes front and rear, proprietary 26x4” tires. Clutch style rear derailleur provides crisp shifting and no chain slap.

Style - Just look at it. Cafe Racer inspired retro design with carbon fiber accents, a clear motor cover, beautiful dark blue “Ocean” paint with yellow accents.

Collectable - Ristretto is an Austin based company and this bike was featured in their first IndiGoGo offering. The Founder Edition series of bikes were made in the USA, Detroit to be exact. This particular bike is number 8 of just 17 in this color way.
